What information do I need to provide to make an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:
  • Your shipping, order information & billing address.
  • Phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice.
  • Payment method – please provide a credit card number to complete your order.

Should I expect delays when ordering?

With the help of extensive contingency planning, our supply operations have recovered well. At the moment we can deliver all products within the communicated lead times.

What are your shipping & handling charges?

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal as forms of payment.

When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Delivery time will depend on what country you are in. Please allow an estimate of 7-15 days for your order to arrive in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European United Countries. Other countries can take an estimate of 2-3 weeks for delivery due to the distance traveling and customs. 

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. To track the order, click here.

What is your refund policy?

Instead of returning items you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Malfunction and/or breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of product is covered under our terms of warranty. Please notify us using our contact form within 24 hours of receiving the product and we'll ship you a replacement product free of charge. Proof of damage must be provided.
